FAQs

Updating your profile information on Poker Card is straightforward. After logging in, click on your photo or icon in the top-right corner, then go to "Profile" or "Account Settings". From there, you can directly update your name, email, and profile picture. Changing your mobile number, however, is a slightly different process — it requires additional verification for security reasons. To change your number, submit a request via live chat or email. An OTP will be sent to your old number to confirm your identity before the new number is set. If you no longer have access to the old number, verification will be done using your National ID.

Odds are a number that tells you how likely an event is and how much you can win. Poker Card displays odds in decimal format — the simplest way to read them. The formula is straightforward: your stake × odds = total return (including your original bet). Example: a 1,000 BDT bet at odds of 2.50 returns 1,000 × 2.50 = 2,500 BDT (profit: 1,500 BDT). At odds of 1.85, you'd get back 1,850 BDT (profit: 850 BDT). Higher odds mean bigger rewards but a lower chance of winning. Odds of 1.01 mean a near-certain outcome, but the payout is minimal.
