1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of Poker Card's services. By registering on Poker Card, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using our services.

Poker Card is an internationally licensed online gaming operator. Our services are available to users in Bangladesh and other countries where online gaming is permitted or not explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the applicable laws of your own country.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may operate one account only.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200.
• Withdrawal Time: Usually within 15 minutes. Instant for VIP members.

• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Third Party: Deposits or withdrawals using another person's mobile banking account are strictly prohibited.

4 Betting Rules & Settlement

Before placing bets on Sports Betting or casino games at Poker Card, please review the following rules:

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

• Having two bonuses active at the same time is generally not allowed, unless explicitly permitted by the offer.

• Any bonuses or winnings obtained through fraudulent means will be voided.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Poker Card. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automation tools.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (Collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Poker Card's systems.

If suspicious activity is detected, Poker Card may temporarily suspend the account until the investigation is complete. Withdrawals may be put on hold during this period.

7 Privacy & Use of Personal Data
